Pumpkin Roll
- 1/2 c. pumpkin
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
- 2 Tbsp. low fat cream cheese
- 1 Tbsp. sugar-free Cheesecake flavored Jello pudding powder
- 1 Scoop Chocolate Shakeology
- 1/2 cup water
- Ice to desired thickness
- Blend to perfection
*sprinkle on some chopped walnuts for effect! (optional)
